This is a free unstructured CPD course. It is divided into two parts with each of the parts allocated 2 Unstructured CPDs.

Work-life balance is a concept that focuses on proper prioritizing between work (career and ambition) and lifestyle (health, pleasure, leisure, family and spiritual development/meditation). While undertaking any work at any level, it is important to ensure proper work-life balance. Work-life imbalance often results in poor productivity and inefficiency of the worker.
To enhance understanding of importance and strategies of achieving work-life balance as a means of fulfilling full potential.
Balance career, parenting roles, spiritual, social and other aspects of life.
A participant has to take the full course (two parts) to obtain the 4 CPDs.
