Managing relationships with Board, Management team and other Stakeholders
- This is a structured CPD course. It is divided into two parts with each of the parts costing Kshs 2,000 and allocated 3 structured CPDs.
- It is critical that a CS ensures that the legitimate interests of stakeholders are taken of. This calls for creating good relationships and having open communication.
- Equip participants with the skills to establish processes to monitor relations with stakeholders. The course will enable participants to evaluate problems and opportunities to allow early action and thereby improve decision-making
- A participant has to take the full course (two parts) to obtain the 6 structured CPDs.
