Family as the Foundation of a Sustainable Society
- This is a free unstructured CPD course. It is divided into three parts.
- Ideally, any nation that aspires to develop must give credence to the family by ensuring that children are born and nurtured in a conducive environment that takes care of their health, nutrition, education, spiritual growth, and the wholesome being of the child. Apparently, at times, little regard is given to the family unit, a fact that has led to societal ills such as corruption, drug abuse, loose morals, and a rise in crime.
- Enumerate challenges facing the family unit in the contemporary society.
- Highlight on the intervention by the various stakeholders that are geared towards strengthening the family unit.
- Enlighten participants on the role of the family unit in building a sustainable and ethical society
- A participant has to take the full course (three parts) to obtain the 4 CPDs.
